At a glance

Your writing is yours. We only use it to run the features you ask for.
AI output needs your review. It can be wrong or unoriginal; nothing changes your manuscript until you apply it.
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each paid month. Recharge credits don't expire. No plan is unlimited.
Cancel any time; you keep what you've paid for until the period ends. Legal and payment-provider refund rights come first, and our 14-day refund promise adds to them.
Reading is free. Every published chapter in the catalog can be read without an account or payment.
No NSFW content. The AI writing tools can't be used for sexually explicit or pornographic material, including in private projects. See AI content safety.
Two agreements. These terms cover the software service. The purchase itself is sold by the payment provider named at checkout, under its own buyer terms.
Your consumer rights stay. These terms don't require arbitration or waive class actions.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and EveryoneWriter (“we”, “us”). How to contact us is in Who we are in the Privacy Notice. These terms apply when you use this website, the writing studio, or the reading catalog, and when you buy an AI writing plan or a credit recharge. The Privacy Notice and the Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of them.

EveryoneWriter is offered to customers in the United States. When you buy a plan or a recharge, two separate agreements apply:

These terms, between you and us, cover the software service: your account, the studio, the AI features, and how credits are issued and used.
The purchase itself is sold by the payment provider named at checkout and on your receipt, acting as reseller and merchant of record. That provider takes the payment, charges any tax, issues receipts, manages subscriptions and carries out refunds under its own buyer terms: the Paddle buyer terms for purchases sold by Paddle.com, or the Creem buyer terms if your checkout and receipt name Creem.

The provider's buyer terms govern the payment transaction. They don't reduce what these terms promise about the service, and these terms don't change the provider's buyer terms.

2. Your account

You must be an adult able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. Keep that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
An account is for one person. Please don't share it or resell access to it.
New registrations may be closed at times. Existing accounts keep working while registration is closed.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account (see the Privacy Notice). Closing an account doesn't by itself cancel a subscription with the payment provider; cancel renewal first.

3. What the service includes

The writing studio: private projects (books, chapters, characters and story notes), AI-assisted text writing, writing assistance and revision, and saved AI conversation history.
Publishing: if you choose, you can submit chapters for editorial review and publication in the catalog.
The reading catalog: published books, free to read in full.

We don't run a marketplace. Other sellers don't sell here, readers don't pay writers through the site, and the site doesn't collect tips or pay out to anyone.

4. Your content and rights

You own your work. Manuscripts, notes and other material you create or upload (“your content”) remain yours. We claim no ownership of it, or of the AI output you choose to keep.
The license you give us is limited. You allow us to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide the features you use, for example saving your projects, making backups, sending context to an AI provider when you make a request, and, if you submit work and it is approved, publishing that edition. This license lasts as long as needed for those purposes. We don't use your content to train AI models of our own, to advertise or promote the service, or for sale. Content sent to an AI provider for your requests is processed by that provider as described in the Privacy Notice. The license ends when your content is deleted, apart from any backup copies, which are retired once they are no longer needed for recovery (see the Privacy Notice), and any published edition covered by a separate publication agreement.
Your responsibility. Only upload or submit material you have the right to use. You remain responsible for what you publish or share outside the service.

5. Using the AI features

When you make an AI request, your instruction and the parts of your project needed to answer it (which can include selected text, other chapters, characters and story notes) are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. The Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.
AI requests must follow the AI content safety rule in section 10.
AI suggestions appear for you to review. Proposed changes to your manuscript only take effect when you apply them, and you can undo or reject them.
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unsuitable, or similar to existing text. We don't guarantee that it is original, factually correct, or eligible for copyright protection. Please review what you keep and publish.
We work to keep the AI features available and useful, but their quality depends on the AI provider and can vary. This is different from our own obligations under section 13: we are still responsible for providing the service with reasonable care.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Credits. AI requests use credits according to how much text the AI reads and writes. Writing and editing by hand doesn't use credits. No plan is unlimited.
Monthly plans. Starter: US$10 a month, 12,500 credits. Pro: US$50 a month, 70,000 credits. Advanced: US$100 a month, 150,000 credits. A plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. There are no annual plans or free trials.
Plan credits are issued for each monthly billing period after the payment provider confirms the payment, and expire at the end of that period. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
Recharges. You can buy credits once, for any amount from US$5, at 1,000 credits per US$1. Recharge credits don't expire.
Order of use. Each request uses plan credits first, then recharge credits.
Price and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Tax and the final amount are shown at the payment provider's checkout before you pay.
What credits are. Credits are units for using this service. They are not money, a deposit, an investment or a currency, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no value outside the service. This doesn't limit your refund rights.
Your balance. Credits are added once the payment provider confirms a payment to us. The balance and history shown in your account are our record; if you think they are wrong, contact us and we'll check.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, no new plan credits are issued for that period until it is paid. Credits you already have aren't affected.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling. You can cancel a plan's renewal at any time through the payment provider: for Paddle purchases, from the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net; if your receipt names Creem, from the customer portal link in that receipt. You can also email us at noobility@gmail.com and we'll cancel it with the provider. After cancellation takes effect you aren't charged again; the current paid period and its credits continue until it ends, and recharge credits stay on your account. Signing out or closing the browser doesn't cancel a plan. Cancelling isn't a refund by itself.
Refunds. The Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Any statutory right, or refund right under the payment provider's policy, comes first; using credits doesn't by itself waive a legal right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a voluntary 14-day promise for each plan charge (including renewals) and each recharge: a full refund if none of that charge's credits were used, otherwise a refund in proportion to its unused credits. Duplicate charges, purchases that weren't delivered and significant service failures are put right separately. Approved refunds are issued by the payment provider, through the original payment method where possible. There are no cancellation fees.

8. Reading the catalog

Every published chapter is free to read, with no account or payment needed. We don't sell reading memberships; what is sold on EveryoneWriter is AI writing plans and credit recharges.
Reading memberships bought earlier. If you bought a reading membership before reading became free, the terms that applied when you bought it, including its cancellation and refund rights, continue to apply to it. You can see it, cancel it, view its invoices or change its payment method from Billing history on your account, or by emailing us. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
Reading access is a personal, non-transferable permission to read published chapters on this site. It doesn't transfer any rights in the books. Please don't copy, bulk-download, republish or redistribute them except as the law allows.
The catalog changes over time; books can be added, revised or withdrawn.

9. Submitting work for publication

Nothing in your studio is published unless you deliberately submit it. A submission sends a snapshot of the chapters you choose, with the details you enter, for editorial review.
Submitting doesn't guarantee publication. A book appears in the catalog only after it is approved, and we will tell you the outcome of the review.
When you submit, you confirm that you have the rights needed to publish the work. Any terms for publishing it, including the rights granted and any payment, are agreed with you separately; the license in section 4 covers only what is needed to review and, once approved, display the edition.
A published book can be withdrawn from the catalog. Withdrawal doesn't delete your manuscript.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't:

use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass, threaten or defraud anyone;
use the AI features for NSFW content, as defined in AI content safety below;
use the AI features to plan or encourage serious harm to people, or in ways the AI processing provider's or payment provider's usage rules prohibit;
access other people's accounts or private projects, or get around access controls, credit limits or security measures;
overload, attack or probe the service, or scrape the catalog or use it to build datasets;
resell access to the service or the AI features, or use automated means to make requests outside the normal interface;
submit material for publication that you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful.

AI content safety

This rule applies to everything you do with the AI writing tools, including private projects that are never published, not only to the public catalog.

What “NSFW content” means here: (a) sexually explicit or pornographic material, such as graphic descriptions of sexual acts or genitals; (b) erotic sexual narration and sexual role-play; (c) any sexual content involving minors, including fictional characters who are or appear to be under 18; (d) non-consensual or exploitative intimate content, including sexual violence presented for gratification and intimate content about real people made without their consent.
Not allowed: using the AI features to generate, continue, translate, rewrite, polish or expand NSFW content, whether it starts from your own text, a pasted passage or earlier AI output. There is no adult mode or setting that lifts this rule, and you may not try to get around it, for example by splitting a request into parts, using coded wording, or framing it as fiction, translation or role-play.
Allowed: romance, relationships and mature themes such as violence, crime or grief, written without graphic sexual content and within the rest of these terms. An intimate scene can, for example, cut away.

How the rule is enforced

Every AI writing request on the hosted service carries a fixed content-safety instruction set on our server. This includes chat, drafting, suggested edits, structured rewrites and scene tools. You can't turn it off in settings. The instruction tells the AI to decline prohibited requests without repeating graphic material, and to offer a non-graphic alternative where it can. The underlying AI service also applies its own safety safeguards.
These safeguards apply to all AI features of the hosted service, and we review any reported case where they failed. The content rules apply to you even if an output wasn't blocked: you remain responsible for what you ask for and what you keep.
We don't routinely read private projects. Anyone can report a breach to noobility@gmail.com, ideally with the text or output concerned. The operator reviews each report using the material reported and the account and usage records needed to assess it (see the Privacy Notice).
Works submitted for publication are also reviewed by an editor before they appear in the catalog, and this rule applies to them too.
If we find a breach, we act proportionately under section 11: we may warn you, refuse requests, restrict AI features, block or remove content, or suspend or close the account. Attempts to get around the rule and repeated breaches are treated more seriously. Sexual content involving minors can lead to immediate closure, and we report it to the authorities where the law requires.
You can ask us to review a decision by emailing us. Enforcement doesn't automatically take away refunds or rights you have under mandatory consumer law; section 11 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy still apply.

11. Suspension and closing accounts

If an account breaks these terms, we will normally tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it or explain before we limit or suspend it. We may act immediately where needed to protect the service, other people or your account, or to comply with the law, and we'll tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.
Any action we take will be proportionate to the problem. You can ask us to review a decision by replying to our message or emailing us.
If we close an account, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your writing unless the law prevents it.
If we stop offering a paid service, or close your account without a breach on your part, we will treat unused prepaid value fairly, normally by refunding the unused portion in proportion to what remains.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

We may improve, change or retire features. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect what you've paid for.
We will tell you before a change to a plan's price or monthly credits applies to you; it takes effect from your next renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before then. We won't reduce credits you have already received.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll show the new version on the site and, where appropriate, tell you before it applies. The date and version are shown at the top of this page.

13. Responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms or to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for how you use AI output you've chosen to keep.
Please keep your own copies of important work; the studio lets you back up each project.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Your legal rights and disputes

The mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, including those of the state where you live, always apply. Where they give you more rights than these terms, they prevail.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly. If we can't resolve it, you keep every legal route available to you, including going to a consumer protection agency or to a court that has jurisdiction under the applicable law.
These terms are governed by the law applicable under the conflict-of-laws rules that apply to the dispute, and a dispute may be brought before any court competent under that law. As a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory protections of the law where you live and bring proceedings in your local courts where that law allows.
These terms, our terms for the software service, contain no arbitration requirement and no class-action waiver. The payment provider's buyer terms are a separate agreement with their own dispute provisions; these terms don't change them.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are available in English and Chinese with the same content. If the two versions differ, the reading more favorable to you applies, without affecting your legal rights.

1. 关于本条款

本条款是你与 EveryoneWriter（以下称“我们”）之间的协议。联系方式见隐私政策中的我们是谁。本条款适用于你使用本网站、写作台或书库，以及购买 AI 写作方案或积分充值。隐私政策和退款与取消政策是本条款的组成部分。

EveryoneWriter 面向美国用户提供。购买方案或充值时，适用两份相互独立的协议：

本条款：你与我们之间的协议，适用于软件服务本身，包括你的账户、写作台、AI 功能以及积分的发放和使用。
购买交易本身：由结账页面和收据上显示的付款服务商作为转售商及记录商户（merchant of record）销售。该服务商依其自身的买家条款负责收款、收取适用的税费、开具收据、管理订阅并执行退款：由 Paddle.com 销售的购买适用 Paddle 买家条款；如果结账页面和收据显示由 Creem 销售，则适用 Creem 买家条款。

付款交易以服务商的买家条款为准。买家条款不会削减本条款对服务所作的承诺，本条款也不会改变服务商的买家条款。

2. 你的账户

你必须是成年人，并能够依据所在地法律订立有约束力的合同。
登录使用发送到你邮箱的一次性验证码，不设密码。请妥善保护你的邮箱，因为能读取该邮箱的人就能以你的身份登录。如果你认为他人使用了你的账户，请及时告诉我们。
一个账户只供一人使用，请勿共享或转售账户访问权。
新用户注册可能会不定期关闭；关闭期间，已有账户照常可用。
你可以随时停止使用服务，并要求我们关闭账户（见隐私政策）。关闭账户本身不会取消你在付款服务商处的订阅，请先取消续订。

3. 服务内容

写作台：私人作品（书、章节、角色与故事笔记）、AI 辅助文本写作、写作辅助与修改，以及已保存的 AI 对话记录。
出版：如你愿意，可以提交章节供编辑审核，并在书库中出版。
书库：已出版的作品，全部章节免费阅读。

本站不是交易平台：没有其他卖家在此销售，读者不会通过本站向作者付款，本站也不收取打赏或向任何人支付款项。

4. 你的内容与权利

作品归你所有。你创作或上传的书稿、笔记及其他材料（“你的内容”）仍归你所有。我们不主张对其或你选择保留的 AI 生成内容拥有任何权利。
你授予我们的许可是有限的。你允许我们仅在提供你所使用的功能所必需的范围内存储、复制、处理和展示你的内容，例如保存作品、制作备份、在你发出请求时把上下文发送给 AI 服务商，以及在你投稿并获批后出版该版本。该许可仅在上述目的所需期间有效。我们不会用你的内容训练我们自己的 AI 模型、宣传或推广服务，也不会出售你的内容。为你的请求发送给 AI 服务商的内容，由该服务商按隐私政策所述方式处理。该许可在你的内容被删除时终止，但备份副本（在不再用于恢复后停用，见隐私政策）以及受单独出版协议约束的已出版版本除外。
你的责任。请只上传或提交你有权使用的材料。你对自己在服务之外发表或分享的内容负责。

5. 使用 AI 功能

你发出 AI 请求时，你的指令以及回答所需的作品内容（可能包括选中的文字、其他章节、角色和故事笔记）会被发送给我们的 AI 服务商以生成回应。隐私政策对此有更详细的说明。
AI 请求必须遵守第 10 节的 AI 内容安全规则。
AI 的建议会先交由你审阅。对书稿的修改只有在你确认应用后才会生效，你也可以撤销或拒绝。
AI 生成的内容可能不准确、前后不一致、不合适，或与已有文本相似。我们不保证其原创性、事实准确性或可获得著作权保护。请审阅你保留和发表的内容。
我们会努力让 AI 功能保持可用、实用，但其质量取决于 AI 服务商，可能有所波动。这与我们在第 13 节中的义务不同：我们仍须以合理的谨慎提供服务。

6. 方案、积分与计费

积分。AI 请求按 AI 读取和写出的文字量消耗积分。自己动手写作和编辑不消耗积分。没有无限量的方案。
月度方案。入门版：每月 10 美元，12,500 积分；专业版：每月 50 美元，70,000 积分；高级版：每月 100 美元，150,000 积分。方案每月自动续订，直到你取消。不提供年度方案或免费试用。
方案积分在付款服务商确认付款后按每个月度计费周期发放，并在该周期结束时到期，未用完的不结转。
充值。可一次性购买不低于 5 美元的任意金额，每 1 美元可得 1,000 积分。充值积分永不过期。
使用顺序。每次请求先扣方案积分，再扣充值积分。
价格与税费。价格以美元计。税费和最终金额会在你付款前显示在付款服务商的结账页面上。
积分的性质。积分是使用本服务的计量单位，不是货币、存款、投资或支付工具，不能转让或兑换现金，在本服务之外没有价值。这不影响你的退款权利。
余额。付款服务商向我们确认付款后，积分即会到账。你账户中显示的余额和记录是我们的记录；如果你认为有误，请联系我们核查。
付款失败。续订付款失败时，该周期的新方案积分要到付款完成后才会发放；你已有的积分不受影响。

7. 取消与退款

取消。你可以随时通过付款服务商取消方案续订：Paddle 购买可使用 Paddle 收据邮件中的链接，或在 paddle.net 取消；如果收据显示由 Creem 销售，可通过该收据中的客户中心链接取消。你也可以发邮件至 noobility@gmail.com，由我们在付款服务商处为你取消。取消生效后不会再扣费；当前已付费周期及其积分在周期结束前继续有效，充值积分保留在你的账户中。退出登录或关闭浏览器不会取消方案。取消本身不等于退款。
退款。适用退款与取消政策。法定权利以及付款服务商政策规定的退款权利优先；使用积分本身并不意味着放弃法定撤回权。在此之外，我们对每一笔方案扣费（包括续订）和每一笔充值自愿提供 14 天退款承诺：该笔扣费的积分未被使用则全额退款，否则按其未使用积分的比例退款。重复扣款、未到账的购买以及重大服务故障另行纠正。获批的退款由付款服务商执行，并在可能的情况下退回原付款方式。不收取任何取消费用。

8. 阅读书库

所有已出版章节均可免费阅读，无需账户或付款。我们不出售阅读会员；EveryoneWriter 出售的是 AI 写作方案和积分充值。
早先购买的阅读会员。如果你在阅读免费之前购买了阅读会员，购买时适用的条款（包括取消和退款权利）继续适用于该会员。你可以在账户的历史账单中查看、取消该会员，查看其账单或更换付款方式，也可以发邮件给我们。本条款不会削减这些权利。
阅读权限是一项个人的、不可转让的许可，允许你在本站阅读已出版的章节，不转让作品的任何权利。除法律允许的情形外，请勿复制、批量下载、转载或传播作品。
书库会随时间变化，作品可能新增、修订或下架。

9. 投稿出版

除非你主动投稿，写作台中的任何内容都不会被发表。投稿会把你选定章节的快照连同你填写的信息一起提交，供编辑审核。
投稿不保证出版。作品只有在审核通过后才会出现在书库中，我们会告诉你审核结果。
投稿即表示你确认拥有出版该作品所需的权利。出版条件（包括授予的权利和任何报酬）与你另行约定；第 4 节的许可仅涵盖审核以及获批后展示该版本所必需的范围。
已出版的作品可以从书库下架，下架不会删除你的书稿。

10. 使用规范

请不要：

利用本服务违反法律、侵犯他人权利，或骚扰、威胁、欺诈任何人；
利用 AI 功能处理 NSFW 内容（定义见下文 AI 内容安全）；
利用 AI 功能策划或鼓动对他人造成严重伤害，或以 AI 处理服务商、付款服务商的使用规则所禁止的方式使用；
访问他人的账户或私人作品，或绕过访问控制、积分限制或安全措施；
对服务进行过载、攻击或探测，或抓取书库、用其构建数据集；
转售本服务或 AI 功能的使用权，或在正常界面之外以自动化方式发出请求；
投稿你无权出版或违法的内容。

AI 内容安全

本规则适用于你使用 AI 写作工具的一切行为，包括从未发表的私人作品，而不仅限于公开书库。

本条款中“NSFW 内容”指：(a) 露骨的性内容或色情内容，例如对性行为或性器官的露骨描写；(b) 色情性质的性叙事和性角色扮演；(c) 任何涉及未成年人的性内容，包括未满或看起来未满 18 岁的虚构角色；(d) 非自愿或具有剥削性质的亲密内容，包括以满足性欲为目的呈现的性暴力，以及未经真实人物同意而创作的关于其本人的亲密内容。
禁止：利用 AI 功能生成、续写、翻译、改写、润色或扩写 NSFW 内容，无论其来源是你自己的文字、粘贴的段落还是此前的 AI 输出。不存在可以解除本规则的“成人模式”或任何设置，也不得设法规避本规则，例如把请求拆成几部分、使用隐晦措辞，或以小说、翻译、角色扮演为名。
允许：爱情、人际关系以及暴力、犯罪、悲伤等成熟题材，只要不含露骨的性内容并遵守本条款的其他规定。例如，亲密场景可以用转场带过。

规则如何执行

托管服务上的每一次 AI 写作请求，都附带一条由我们在服务器端设定的固定内容安全指令，涵盖对话、起草、修改建议、结构化改写和分场工具。你无法在设置中关闭它。该指令要求 AI 拒绝被禁止的请求、不复述露骨内容，并在可能时提供不露骨的替代写法。底层 AI 服务也有其自身的安全防护措施。
这些防护措施适用于托管服务的全部 AI 功能，对于举报的防护失效情况，我们会逐一审核。即使某次输出没有被拦截，你仍须遵守内容规则，并对自己提出的请求和保留的内容负责。
我们不会例行查看私人作品。任何人都可以向 noobility@gmail.com 举报违规，最好附上相关文字或输出内容。经营者会根据举报材料以及评估所需的账户和用量记录审核每一份举报（见隐私政策）。
投稿出版的作品在进入书库前还要经过编辑审核，本规则同样适用。
如果确认违规，我们会依第 11 节采取相称的措施：可能警告、拒绝请求、限制 AI 功能、屏蔽或删除内容，或暂停、关闭账户。试图规避本规则或屡次违规的，处理会更严厉。涉及未成年人的性内容可能导致账户被立即关闭，并在法律要求时向有关部门报告。
你可以发邮件要求我们重新审查处理决定。执行本规则并不会自动剥夺你的退款权利或强制性消费者保护法律赋予你的权利；第 11 节和退款与取消政策仍然适用。

11. 暂停与关闭账户

如果某个账户违反本条款，我们通常会先告诉你问题所在，并给你合理的机会纠正或说明，然后才会限制或暂停该账户。为保护服务、他人或你的账户，或为遵守法律，我们可能需要立即采取措施，并会在合理可行时尽快告知原因。
我们采取的任何措施都会与问题相称。你可以回复我们的通知或发邮件，要求我们重新审查该决定。
如果我们关闭账户，除非法律禁止，我们会给你合理的机会导出你的作品。
如果我们停止提供某项付费服务，或在你没有违约的情况下关闭你的账户，我们会公平处理未使用的预付价值，通常是按剩余部分的比例退还未使用的部分。

12. 服务及本条款的变更

13. 责任

我们以合理的谨慎和专业提供服务，但无法保证服务始终可用或没有错误；对于超出我们合理控制范围的事件所造成的延误或故障，我们不承担责任。
因我们未履行本条款或未尽合理谨慎而给你造成的、可合理预见的损失，由我们负责。对于无法合理预见的损失，或你如何使用自己选择保留的 AI 内容，我们不承担责任。
请自行保留重要作品的副本；写作台支持为每部作品制作备份。
本条款不限制法律规定不得限制的任何责任。

14. 你的法定权利与争议解决

适用于你的强制性消费者保护法律（包括你所在州的法律）始终适用；如果这些法律给予你的权利多于本条款，以法律为准。
如出现问题，请先联系我们，大多数问题都能很快解决。如果我们无法解决，你保留所有可用的法律途径，包括向消费者保护机构投诉，或向依适用法律具有管辖权的法院起诉。
本条款适用依该争议所适用的法律冲突规则确定的法律，争议可提交依该法律具有管辖权的法院。作为消费者，你还可以援引你居住地法律中的强制性保护规定，并在该法律允许时向当地法院提起诉讼。
本条款（即我们的软件服务条款）不含任何仲裁要求，也不含放弃集体诉讼的条款。付款服务商的买家条款是另一份独立协议，有其自身的争议解决规定，本条款不改变这些规定。
如本条款的任何部分被认定无法执行，其余部分仍然有效。
