AI requests in the studio: drafting and continuing text, discussing your story, suggesting edits and revising. Each request uses credits for what the AI processes: your instruction and the relevant project context it reads, and the reasoning and text it writes. How far credits go depends on your chapters and what you ask for. Yes, any time. Cancel from “Manage subscription” on this page or the link in your receipt email, or email noobility@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you; we reply within 3 business days. After cancelling you aren't charged again, and the current paid billing period and its credits continue until that period ends. Recharge credits don't expire. Cancelling isn't a refund by itself. Yes. First, any full refund or right of withdrawal you have under the law or the payment provider's refund policy applies, and using credits doesn't by itself waive a legal right of withdrawal. On top of that, we offer a voluntary promise: each plan charge (including renewals) and each recharge can be refunded within 14 days of that charge, in full if none of its credits have been used, otherwise in proportion to the credits you haven't used. Duplicate charges, purchases that didn't arrive and serious service failures are put right separately, and there are no cancellation fees.
